Modular Lair Expansion 1:  The Reactor Core

No underground bunker will adequately protect its inhabitants and facilitate their goals for world domination without sufficient power.  This addition to the modular lair line of foamcore terrain gives the builder a nuclear reactor core to add to their existing lairs or to serve as a starting point for future builds.  The Reactor is a stand-alone project and does not require the Modular Lair package in order to build the project as shown here.  This expansion comes with one large room, on small room, bend stairways, catwalks and ventilation to expand the initial modular lair product line.

The disrespectful lackeys have been complaining about their living conditions.  So, we’ve taken out a second mortgage to expand the property.  We have also hired a team of contractors (lowest bidder, of course) to bring you this, the second expansion to our popular modular evil lair.  In this build kit you will find ten new room types to expand your existing lairs and more than a dozen pages of new furniture to help fill them out.  Add any of the following rooms to your underground lairs: sleeping barracks,  day room/mess hall, Detention center, security offices, security check point, motor pool, morgue, treasure vault, factory floor and observation room.  Each of the rooms presented in the living better expansion kit is designed to be a standalone room, and rooms of this kit and can be put together to form a mini lair in their own right.
